Feature Overview
Me
The ‘Me’ area gives the user an overview of everything that is going on in their Multi-me world. Their dashboard shows messages, notifications and requests from people, projects and stories. On this page users can also view and edit their public facing ‘About Me’ profile, on which they can share their own information and stories.
Messages
‘Messages’ is a clear, visual and intuitive message centre where users can manage their communications and message using a range of media.
Circles
The ‘Circles’ page gives the user a clear overview of people in their circle as well as access to other people’s profiles visible on the network. Here users can search other members, see their ‘About Me’ profiles and request to add them to their circle.
Stories
Users can build their own stories and create chapters. They can decide with whom they share and collaborate. Users receive regular updates on their own stories and others in which they are participating.
My Stuff
An online file repository; here users can upload and share files with others including Word, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint documents as well as upload media, record from web cam and search existing social media sites for videos, photos and audio files.
Projects
Users can build their own projects and create actions with this easy-to-use Gantt style project builder. They can choose a Project Supporter to help them manage their projects as well as assign actions to people in their circle. Users can see an overview of the development of individual projects and actions on the Project Dashboard and receive regular updates on the progress of their own projects and those in which they are participating.
Multi-me Administration Area
Here Multi-me users, supporters and managers can generate detailed visual reports on their own data and that of others (depending on their role), based on a number of flexible parameters and key performance indicators.
Service administrators can build and manage multiple bespoke Multi-me networks and define network visibility, user permissions and roles.
Multi-me users can raise visual Flags to their supporters regarding any concerning content or network activity; these are in turn passed to relevant managers and network administrators to be dealt with accordingly.
