General Features
Technology overview
Multi-me is a Flash/Flex-driven rich Internet application that provides a monitored co-operative space for members to share content and collaborate with peers online. It is a personalisable environment that includes multimedia tools and allows users to capture audio-video straight from web cam, as well as leverage existing social media to provide access to a world of user generated content.
Themes and wallpapers
users can choose their own account themes and select wallpapers for individual Stories and Projects to take ownership of their space and work.
Mini-accounts
Multi-me account holders can invite an unlimited amount of their friends and family to create their own Mini-accounts where they can send messages, receive notifications and manage their own interactions with user’s Stories and Projects.
Security
Multi-me is hosted on servers that are ISO/IEC 27001 certified, the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This standard is designed to ensure the selection of adequate and proportionate security controls and helps us protect our users’ information assets. Multi-me implements a suite of Access Control List rules and conditions that will define permissions and access based on the connecting user. For additional security, all passwords are 256 bit encrypted before being stored in our database for additional security. ISO/ICE 27001 certification certificate.
